right of access, rectification, deletion and limitation of the processing as well as data transferability

You have a right to request information about the personal data that we store about you. In addition, you have a right to correct incorrect data and a right to request deletion of your personal data, insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain such data and no legal basis for further processing the existing data.

For the sake of clarity, redalpine Venture Partners AG will be referred in the present document as “redalpine”, “we”, and the associated pronouns. You, as well as the other users of the Services, are referred as “Users”, “you” and associated pronouns.

In addition, we also use social plug-ins, such as LinkedIn. We offer you the possibility to directly share content or connect with any Redalpine employee by clicking on the respective button on the website with LinkedIn. Your personal data may be processed in various locations, including but not limited to:

We operate globally, as a consequence, cross-border transfers are necessary to provide you the Services. Nevertheless, we seek to protect your personal data, by applying security processes.
