the shift underway
for the last 20 years, the way consumers interact with businesses has not changed much. behind the scenes, most companies still run on the same stack of crms, call centers, tickets, queues, and manual operational work. that is starting to change. consumers are beginning to use ai agents to compare offers, get support, change contracts, and book appointments. some will use the channels they know. others will expect their personal ai assistants to talk to companies for them. b2c companies need ai on their side of the conversation too.
charlie and the platform
telli helps b2c companies run customer-facing operations end-to-end using ai, including across voice, whatsapp, chat, sms, and email. at the center is charlie, an ai coworker for the teams closest to the customer, helping them set up agents, connect systems, analyze conversations, run experiments, and improve performance autonomously. telli's agents already handle millions of conversations for companies including sky, viessmann, enpal, and vaillant. the company was founded in berlin in 2024 by finn zur mühlen, sebastian hapte-selassie, and philipp baumanns.
