We’re delighted to share that Kenjo (RAC IV),  the HR software company specializing in small and medium-sized blue-collar businesses, has secured €8.8 million euros in Series A funding. Redalpine participated in the round, which was led by Hi Inov, with Lightbird, Innovation Nest, and The Delta also contributing.

This follow-on funding further underscores the significance of HRTech as a prime investment opportunity. Since Redalpine first invested in Kenjo’s seed round in 2020, the company has acquired more than 1,000 clients and expanded outside of its home market in Germany to solidify its position in the DACH realm. Today, Kenjo has doubled-down on the blue-collar sector to become a leader in streamlined HR software for SMBs in spaces including manufacturing, retail, transport, logistics, and healthcare.

By offering an all-in-one software designed to reduce administrative tasks in the HR department, Kenjo helps SMBs to increase efficiency, thereby improving company culture and employee development. Keno will use the funding to further enhance its workforce management solutions, including time and attendance tracking, holiday and absence management, shift planning, payroll data analysis, and performance evaluations.

David Padilla, CEO and Founder of Kenjo, said: “This funding round will allow us to continue to make progress in our product innovation and solidify also our commitment to supporting HR managers. The fundamental role HR teams play in driving growth and organizations is often  overlooked. We believe it is essential that they have the technology and resources they need to be more efficient, thereby improving company culture and employee development.”

Congratulations to the entire team on this milestone! We’re thrilled to continue to support them throughout their growth journey.
