aga holds a msc in biotechnology, complemented by research experience acquired from novartis institutes for biomedical research in basel. after completing her studies, she gained her commercial expertise at healthcare and life sciences organizations, ranging from big pharma to mid-sized medtech, and an early-stage startup. she discovered venture capital during an executive program at eth zürich, where she immediately recognized the valuable role vcs play in transforming tech discoveries into commercially viable innovations.
